I must really love you guys because today I put myself on blast and talked about being a hot mess when it comes to food.
One thing i should have mentioned in the the show is that these symptoms I experienced are from inflammation AND food intolerances. My apologies for not expounding on that while I was taping. This is why I mentioned the itching at the beginning. So with that said, I'm giving you a few warning signs to look for as well as some foods I try to avoid (which clearly I didn't on this day) that help me keep things under control.
